pick a format often called motif - for this use one of the previous assignments you have done in class as a starting point for the format don't invent something 'brand-new'. pick a media - pencil, ink or tempera then pick what you want to express from the modes of thinking columns and how what art and design elements you want to use! What do you want to express in your art work? Again, look at the rubrics and scales for the art work you are going to make. Do your art work on a 9"x12" sheet of paper.
