all color printing works by using layers. Usually we start with the lightest color, yellow, then the red (magenta) the blue (cyan) then black. Think about this when you are layering colors.Note - on the right is the title - or 'untitled' if you can't think of one. In the middle is the edition number. If you have 10 of the same print the first one will be 1/10, then 2/10... if you do not have an 'edition' of identical prints then you write -'artist's proof'. Next is the date and on the far left side is your signature. Use a PENCIL and write small. The writing will be visible inside the mat window.Step two - over print most of the black prints with color in selected areas - use small rollers to roll different areas or mix ink on trays to make 'rainbow rolls of color. Step three will be to use the back of your block - or an extra one if we have one to make another color layer or layers to add detail and color to the print.Name the parts of a landscape painting -
